On the 19th of November 2021 at 09:57 UTC we have a Full Moon in Taurus at 27°14. This is a very powerful lunation for many things. Hopefully, we will unpack them all.
We start by saying that this is not only a Full Moon but also a North Node Lunar Eclipse.
Lunar Eclipse means that is the Earth comes in between the Sun and the Moon in a perfect alignment and blocks the light of the Sun from arriving at the Moon making it go dark.
When the alignment is not exact, we will have the Earth partially covering the Moon. This time technically it is a partial Lunar Eclipse but the surface covered is 99.1% so for intents and purposes it is a Full Lunar Eclipse. And the longest in duration since the 15th century. The last partial lunar eclipse this long was on the 18th of February 1440.

North Node Lunar Eclipse
Astronomically it is the part of the ecliptic that the Moon appears to cross to go North in direction. Astrologically, the North Node is the Lunar portal where the energy comes in. (The South Node is where it goes out.)
During eclipses, no matter which type, there is a disturbance in the magnetic field of the Earth. One of the luminaries (Sun and Moon) is “switched off”. In this case, the part of the Earth that is facing the Moon is not receiving the usual feedback that the Moon gives. And the part facing the Sun is not being balanced by the other side facing the Moon. This causes a surge of energy from one part of the axis and an outage from the other part.
In this case, we are going to have extra energy coming in through the Taurus end and energy going out from the Scorpio axis. This applies to the Earth as much as it applies to any living being on Earth. Check out where your Taurus-Scorpio axis is in your natal chart. Those areas in your natal chart will be lightening up like a Christmas tree because the Earth is channelling energy through those Zodiacal portals.
This is the first of the eclipses that heralds the shift from Gemini-Sagittarius to Taurus-Scorpio.
Eclipses will be taking place on this axis (after the last Gemini-Sagittarius on the 4th of December 2021) until the 28th of October 2023. In total there will be 7 on this axis. Lunar Eclipses always bring in the other polarity where the Sun is, in this case, Scorpio.
Now we get to the description of the Full Moon itself.
A Moon in Taurus is a Moon that has found its ultimate happiness (in astrology it is called exalted). By that we mean, the Moon is in a place that helps her heighten her more productive traits and reduce the destructive ones. The resources are all there for the Moon to be successful in its endeavours. So normally this is a Full Moon that brings prosperity, serenity, and abundance. You can imagine the Taurus Moon as an Empress.
The Moon is being witnessed and confronted by Mercury in Scorpio (the Crime Investigator) and Mars in Scorpio (The Ninja) fresh from his encounter with The Wizard (The Ninja and The Wizard Story). This Moon is troubled by what is coming out and what will come out. The news that she is getting is not pleasant at all and cause not only sleepless nights but also huge conflicts and threat to its survival.
Venus, the caretaker of the Moon in Taurus, is in Capricorn (The Businesswoman). She is helping the Moon with some funds and practical economical advice. Venus in Capricorn moves around with a huge sense of responsibility, honour and a tinge of calculated coldness. Pleasure, as to how the Moon in Taurus would like to intend, is not exactly part of Venus’ equation. Do not get me wrong. Venus has all the good intentions for the Moon and in the end, she could be Luna’s saving grace because she has a kind of far-sightedness that will ultimately save the day.
However, this is a story that will evolve in time until the 2nd of March 2022. The Businesswoman at the time of the Lunation/Eclipse is sitting on the degree that heralds her upcoming retrograde (revision mode on for planets). Venus has just entered her shadow period. Whatever happens with this Lunation, its story is linked with the Venus retrograde that starts from the 19th of December 2021 to the 28th of January 2022. And it will take place from 11 to 26 degrees Capricorn.
Pluto in Capricorn, the Dark Lord is also moving the strings with huge manipulations and shadow deals. He will be involved in The Businesswoman’s story. As in through Hell and back.
Jupiter in Aquarius (The Whistle-blower) is trying to help as much as he can, but his efforts, for now, are bringing further strife and suppression.
This Full Moon in Taurus is sitting exactly on Algol.
Algol, the Medusa’s Head represents literally or metaphorically the losing of one’s head. The Demon/Lilith Star. This is a star of colossal destructive power but also of massive healing power. It all depends on how much we are ready to face our demons and turn the poison into medicine. In world astrology, Algol is usually linked with disastrous accidents, massive dying like in corpses piling. But also heads of states being beheaded (literally or metaphorically).
And what does Medusa has on its head…the Serpent. Algol has very protective power against evil spirits, curses and bewitchment. The Serpent is always linked with the capacity of transmuting deadly poison into a potent medicine. This takes us to the Dark Moon in Scorpio that started this lunation. The Poison that turns into Medicine. And to the Taurus-Scorpio Axis.
The Lunar Mansion that houses this Lunation and eclipse is the 5th named Al-Hakah, The White Spot.
The Arabic letter associated with this mansion is Ghayn, which also means The Eye. The image is that of a head without a body. The head is covered with a crown and has star on its forehead. The Keywords are Universal Body, favour, intellectual activity, health, goodwill, and safety. The use of the mind over matter, but more importantly the connection that each one of us has with the Mind of the Universe.
How can one summarise such a magnetically potent North Node Lunar Eclipse Taurus Moon on Algol?
We are being ushered into a new period where we are going to face the consequence of what we have done but that will take us to a resolution in the long term if we remember we are children of God. There is no turning back. The damage done has to be faced.
Remember the Taurus-Scorpio axis is The Lord of The Dance, as in the dance of creation. Lives come in and lives go out from our dimension.
We are going to see the heads rolling of important figures that have shaped our recent history especially those who have acted as Emperors. People loosing their heads as in profound mental anguish, that which touches the soul, and possibly increase of mental diseases. As also the huge impact of mass deaths and injuries (read again the Taurus-Scorpio axis) from science and especially medicine that has gone wild with playing God.
The Universal Spirit that links all of Creation does not like to be put aside. Hubris has always and will be the ultimate sin that the Gods do not forgive.
Eclipses on the Taurus-Scorpio axis have long term effects. That is the changes that they bring tend to remain in place for quite some time. There is going to be an increase in the magnetic force of the Earth bringing about many spiritual insights and awakenings.
But also remember that on this axis, the veil that divides what is on this dimension and what is on the other is not so well defined especially under eclipses power surges and outages. Protect yourself both physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Taurus and Scorpio axis is linked with discoveries in the healing arts. However true healing is only possible if we bring back all of the human experience be it body, soul and spirit.
Learning to use intelligence and genius to solve current dilemmas is a great gift given to human mankind but has always to be moderated and balanced with ethics, morals and conscience… no matter what…or else the frenzy of omnipotence will make us lose our heads and lose our souls.
And perhaps the ultimate question to ask is how much are you ready to lose to keep your soul?

The Ascendant of this chart is 24 degrees 57 of Taurus and Mars is now in the position Venus occupied in the ingress chart.
